In connection with this theme, I am interested in civic participation, community development, NGO activities, civic tech, and digital inequity. Digital technology contributes to fostering civic participation behaviors and cultivating a sense of active involvement among citizens. However, challenges still exist in the relationship between civil society and digital technology, such as delays in the adoption of digital technology in civic activities, aversion to digital skills, and other issues. These psychological, technical, or structural factors, often termed as digital inequality, could be seen as hindering the development of civil society. In the field of System Design and Management that I have studied, there is an emphasis on understanding the needs of individuals facing challenges, identifying possible solutions, and assessing their feasibility.
